The reason that the founder of the company chose “Blue Diamond” for the company name is to emphasize on the quality of our materials and workmanship we use in providing our services rather than being cheap. If you are looking for the cheapest contractor for your home building or improvement projects, we are not the right contractor for you. However, if you are looking for high quality and headache free smooth projects, we believe that we can deliver it for you. Having said that, we spend quite a bit of time and effort to come up with the most comprehensive project scope, specifications, and design, and we believe that it accounts for more than 50% of the project.

We also utilize the latest technology such as 3D renderings to show our designs in a 3D perspective views so that our customers can really visualize the project before we begin the construction. The more specifications and designs we discuss with our customers up front, and help them to visualize the project, the less surprise and issue will occur down the road, and therefore, we can minimize change orders during the project. I know that customers hate Change Orders, and we do our best to minimize them by defining the project scope as much in detail as possible. Hence, we believe that the key to success is in the design phase of the project. We also have several showrooms that customers can visit to see and touch the actual materials for the project. During the construction, we have a dedicated professional project management team who manages the project with high quality professionalism and communication skills to make sure the project goes smoothly to make sure we complete the project on time and on budget.
